Players will fall into the following age classifications within the YDP:

• Mite—birth years 2005+ and 2004
• Squirt—birth years 2003 and 2002
• Pee Wee—birth years 2001 and 2000
• Bantam—birth years 1999 and 1998
• Midget—birth years 1997 and earlier
