REGISTRATION IS EASY!
Register online with the Yellowjackets
To Register
1. If you do not have a current 2011/2012 USA Hockey registration (did not play fall/winter hockey), you will need to go to USA Hockey at www.usahockeyregistration.com and apply for membership. This membership number will be required to complete the YJ registration process.
2. To register, go to our web site www.firewagonhockey.com. Click on the link provided for online registration (Application/Registration)
3. Complete the player, parent, and insurance information. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct. A valid e-mail address is required, as it will be the main method of communication.
4. Click on the link to select the spring program(s) for which you wish to participate and tryout for.
5. After completing your registration, print a copy for your records. You also will receive an email with all your registration information and form.
6. Please print, sign, and mail your registration form with your registration fees to Fire Wagon Hockey, Inc. P. O. Box 1854, Crystal Lake, IL 60039
7. ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
