Making The Grade

To ensure we focus on all priorities for our players, the Yellowjackets Organization is looking to honor those who have achieved high academic marks while still committing to playing hockey. The "Making the Grade" program gives our top student-athletes the opportunity to let us know how well they have done academically, and have their achievements rewarded through the organization.

To qualify, any 1st through 9th grader must achieve a straight "A" report card, in all subjects, for a minimum of one grading quarter, during the Yellowjackets hockey season. Participants who "make the grade" will receive recognition from the Yellowjackets Board of Directors and the Northwest Herald. They will also be highlighted on the Firewagon Website. Also all participants will receive a Yellowjackets Straight A Patch.
